A credit card number is necessary to book

- 3 digits of the security code (except for Amex)
Your card won't be charged and will serve only as a guarantee (for up to 500 euros)

Payment on site to your driver/ guide by cash or credit card

For quotes of more than 500 euros, we require a full payment in advance by bank wire.

Before 1 month : no fees
Between 1 month and 15 days : 25 %
Between 14 days and 1 week : 50 %
Less than 1 week : 100 %
These conditions may change according to the overall price of the quote

But : anything left in the vehicle without attention such as a camera or a bag isn't covered by our insurance in case of theft

BEHAVIOUR

It is forbidden to smoke, to eat and to drink (except water) inside our vehicles
The seat belt is compulsory
We gently require that parents look after their kids as we won't accept that they put their feet on the seats, use pens or paint in the car... we 'd better advise to chose short journeys to avoid any problem. Thank you for your understanding.
